Engr Mike Ogbuekwe, the Converner/Leader Ije Awele Movement has once again shown its group commitment to the grassroots/market campaign for Peter Mbah and other PDP candidates.

Ije Awele, a leading political/socio-economic movement in Enugu State known for its unwavering support for Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, the PDP governorship candidate of Enugu State, and other PDP candidates with enviable people's oriented and actionable socio-economic blueprint, Tuesday, January 17, 2023, stormed three major Orie Market, in Aninri LG. The movements embraced by all received a warm reception from the good people of Aninri LG which shows that Aninri LG is 100 percent for PDP as they continued their grassroots/market campaign/voters' sensitization.

The group upon its arrival at the Orie-Mpu market led by her Director General (DG), Hon. Basil Ojengwa, the Coordinator Ije Awele Oji-River, Hon. Engr. Uche Umeh, Coordinator Ije Awele Movement Isi-Uzo, Hon. Atuogu Stanley, the Deputy Director of Media/Publicity, Comr Arum Sorpuluchukwu, the Ije Awele Media Director Isi-Uzo LG, Comr Ogbonna Japheth, Comr Tochukwu aniugbo, Comr Emeka Paschal, Comr Ebuka Kenneth, Comr Ugwuoke Ogechukwu, Comr Aniobi Obinna Martin, Comr Okoh Solomon and Ije Awele Princess, Miss Adaugo Blessing and Nnaji Florence Chidinma among others, was received by large jubilant Traders who also gave the group a heartwarming declaration/assurance; that not only have they adopted Mbah as their candidate, but are ever ready to spread the gospel of Ije Awele Movement as they continue to move around the nooks and crannies of Aninri and beyond in canvassing for votes for all the PDP candidates, especially Barr Peter Mbah, Engr. Osita Ngwu (RG), Chief Anayo Onwuegbu (OMEIHUKWU), Hon. Magnus Ede among others.

The DG IJE AWELE MOVEMENT Hon. Basil Ojengwa who's from Aninri while addressing his people, appreciated them for their support and loyalty to PDP from 1999 till date and is of no doubt that they will continue to support the party. He highlighted the good things the PDP lead government has done for the good people of Aninri LG, from the government of chimaroke nnamani and the present government of Ifeanyi ugwuanyi. PDP made our father late HRH Igwe Onyiaooha Nwanjoku as her State Party Chairman, made our son Rt. Hon. Abel Chukwu as Speaker Enugu State House of Assembly, also Distinguish Senator Ike Ekweremadu as first Chief of Staff Enugu State and Secretary to the State Government and many other juicy appointments.

He assured the traders that the PDP candidate for Enugu West Senatorial Zone in the 2023 election Engr Osita Ngwu (RG) will continue and improve the good representation our son and present senator representing the zone distinguished Senator Ike Ekweremadu has done. Likewise, he told them that Engr. Dr. Anayo Onwuegbu (Omeiheukwu) has started already by grading some roads in all the villages in Aninri LG, as a sign, he's a leader to trust. The DG finally canvased for massive support and vote for Engr Magnus Edeh who's the PDP candidate for State House of Assembly, who in has shown his willingness and readiness to serve his people.

Also speaking Hon. Engr. Uche Umeh Coordinator Ije Awele movement Oji River and Chairman Coordinators forum greater Awgu appreciated the people of Aninri for their support for all the PDP candidates in the forthcoming election. He assured them that the incoming House of Representatives member Engr. Chief. Anayo Onwuegbu will not fail in his promises to put a smile on his people.

At oduma, the Administrator Aninri North Development center Hon. Ernest Oshi on behalf of the oduma people welcome the Ije Awele movement team and assured the team that with the collective efforts of other leaders of the zone, Barr. Peter Mbah and Barr. Ifeanyi Ossai, as well as other PDP candidates, is assured of victory. He further used the medium to extend appreciation from one of the stakeholders of the LG, Hon. Chief Amos Oshi.

It was a cheerful moment sharing thousands of flyers and bills of Peter Mbah's manifesto within the market and its vicinity as the charismatic members of the Ije Awele Movement were very much on the ground.
